1. Returns & Exchanges
• Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of imitation jewellery, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
• Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
To qualify for a return or replacement:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
• Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will make the item ineligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalised items
• Sale or discounted items

• We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
• Refunds (if applicable) are issued only in the form of store credit or a replacement item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
